City Council: Time expires on missing dog signs Council fails in attempt to amend ordinance
NEWARK — It's already been a bad week for Jody Gardner, owner of a missing Afghan hound she tried to find with 100 yard signs.
The dog has still not been found, the 30-day permit for Gardner's signs expires today, (Tuesday) and City Council's Economic Development Committee voted Monday night against legislation to amend the ordinance to allow for such signs.
