""REAL ESTATE INVESTOR SEEKS"...SPAM RETURNS"

Anyone else seeing the return of the "Real Estate Investor Seeks Apprentice" or "Real Estate Investor Seeks Student" spam? I recall how these really proliferated before the housing market crash.

If memory serves me right, CAUSS members were able to link these to a so-called real estate university.

Been removing "Real Estate Investor Seeks..." signs recently, including a large proliferation today. Got some genuine satisfaction from today's haul since perhaps 75 were removed from freeway ramps across a 30-mile area by a little after noontime. They weren't there yesterday, so these really only saw a few hours of sunlight.

The sign installers' new technique is to nail them into posts instead of stapling, and then bending the nails, believing the sign will be permanent. A good tug and/or sharking defeats every one.

"It's 10 p.m. Do you know what Dumpster your street spam is sleeping in?"

These have been here sporadically the last few months. Gone, no matter how they are displayed.

Oh, there's a hint of cool in the air, and Winter is coming! I've got to gather more firewood... And Sign stakes make great fire starters!

Ack! Bandit Signs are LITTER!
