Signs calling for "Satellite Technicians" showed up in a few areas of Seaside this past week. Imagine my hopes of being sent into space to remedy the orbital communication systems being dashed when the truth was that they wanted cable installers.
No space travel for me, no unsightly advertisements for them. About a dozen signs from Sand Dollar center, Kmart center and Fremont street have been sucked into a black hole.
