City talks changes to banner ordinances

By Kenny Green, kgreen@acnpapers.com

MESQUITE - The city of Mesquite has been lax on enforcing its banner policy since January in order to see what types of banners would pop up throughout the city. ...."A lot of bandits and other movables pop up on Friday nights because they know code enforcement is not going to be out there to enforce the ordinance," Gertson said.
