As many of you know, I have found the tracfone to be an excellent tool in fighting street spam. The prepaid phone service is untraceable, and very economical. I keep in constant contact with stubborn street spammers. Sometimes I play audio from the internet to make my point during calls. My persistance wears them down, and I have fun doing it.
I heard a news report that a congressman is introducing a bill that would require people to register when buying prepaid phones. He is concerned that terrorists and criminals use the phones.
It may be a long time before any law takes affect, assuming it even passes through the process.

I am sure that your tactics, bordering on legality, are being considered in the genesis of this "law".... What you are doing is no more than harassment.

You can never have enough fun!

Your fun is someone else's reason to ban them.
