Well, no one at the Health District knows how to handle this one. After being shuffled from department to department, I was promised a return call tomorrow from someone that should be able help.

If the people at the Health Dept. fail to take action, I would call the street spammer and tell them you are from the Health Dept., and you received complaints, and an investigation is being started. Start asking questions....

Heard nothing back from the health dept, maybe the news will investigate.

If you Google the phone number you will get the perps name, email address and phone number from various different hits.

Googled number, great info. This guy has been spamming for years.

I travel through the intersection of Warm Springs and Pecos, where this business is located nearby. Its a residence. I knew this area had a operating spammer. Now I got his number, and it all adds up, spammer + marketing101 = GUILTY.

Time to google streetview and walk the neighborhood and find out who this guy is. Thanks Austin.

That third picture shows a 10-foot row of signs that have been cut, that were on a legal sign. Look in the lower left corner.

Now that's an impressive picture Pops. You are certainly in a nest of spammers. Better call code enforcement.

I croped out that section of the picture that is remarkable, and am re-posting it. Lets see if it comes out nice and big like yours pictures do. Called code, his number stops appearing on spam around town, but now these numbers show up, $8.00 carpet cleaning, or $34.75 spam in first two photos. They are related, I know. I'm waiting for code to fine them too!

Last photo is of Diabetic Strips spam, next to the Psychic spam. Psychic spam is the longest running spam in the valley. I know its this marketing company and their spamming employees .
