Oh, there's a hint of cool in the air, and Winter is coming! I've got to gather more firewood... And Sign stakes make great fire starters!

Ack! Bandit Signs are LITTER!

I'd say make sure you keep that sign attached to the street spam when it is removed.

So if were supposed to believe a sticker, just pop another sticker over this one that reads:

“YOU have the right to remove this sign at any time.
U.S. CAUSS Court.
#123-GONE-PDQ”

Spammers claim enough innocent victims with their signs, don’t fall victim to a simple sticker on their sign. Remove, remove, remove.

Making a difference and keeping it clean

I think that sign is BS. I would not hesitate to remove the sign. I doubt a BK court gives permission to violate local CE rules.
A real estate speculator was trying to sell a house in my area a while ago, the signs kept disapearing. They put a notice on the signs "this sign is being monitored"
WHAT A JOKE!!
I removed all the signs.

There is nothing about the bankruptcy proceedings that affect littering... I removed all of them as well.

Yup... "Warning this sign is being monitored". Heck, I'd wave if it was! Removed and given to DOT.

The other joke I giggle at often is: "We support law enforcement. This sign wil;l be removed Sunday by midnight." Uhhhhhhh... Nope. NOW!

Carmen, you did exactly as the sign said. I’m sure you watched it as it went in the tras

Yep - they are bogus. There is no way that federal bankruptcy court is going to overrule city, county and state zoning and sign laws. That's a con by the California-based liquidation companies.

Do a search for Avenrich Furniture on the General and Colorado forums for more information.
