All of you sign shark vigilante's beware. Be sure that you are not in violation of the law when you steal signs. Even if a sign is posted illegally, the law (at least Arizona) doesn't allow you to steal it. Contact the proper authorities.

Thanks for the FYI. Lets see how this jells out before we go off on a knee jerk reaction.

I do not "steal" signs... I pick up illegally placed litter as defined by state and county laws... And give them to the county DOT to dispose of. Take your best shot.

Oh, there's a hint of cool in the air, and Winter is coming! I've got to gather more firewood... And Sign stakes make great fire starters!

This sounds just like the lawsuit where a criminal broke into a house to burglarize it, fell and broke his leg on a toy that was in the hall and sued the home owner for damages. The criminal lost! The criminal will always loose!
We all need to contact the home builders that use ALB Industries and let them know that as long as they continue to use a contractor that is operating illegally, we will not purchase their homes.
Why is it then, if these signs are "valuable", I see them thrown in the shrubs and parks? You'd think the scammers would put someone on patrol to prevent this.
