"Herbalife may be coming back."

We thought we had Herbalife taken care of.

But I've outed a spammy distributor, see the Utah forum for the
details on the spam incident.

Well, if they are, then someone needs to call the local CE and remind them that Herbalife Natl Corp made an agreement with the American Association of Code Enforcement, not to place Herbalife signs in public ROW's.

Unless Corp. Headquarters is aware of the recurrences, then nothing will happen and the problem will get worse.

I would think a letter writing campaign to Herbal life headquarters would get some interest.

They have a reputation to maintain and if they are breaking the law to advertise, that can't help them much.

The technique that will re-solve the Herbalife problem is simply revealing their name. There's a reason they've always prohibited their salesmen from using the corporate name on advertisements.

Stickers on their signs that read, "This ugly litter provided by Herbalife" will change their minds right quick.

Myself and 2 others sent certified mail to Herbalife yesterday denouncing their use of the bandit signs.

Here's their address.

Hey, all:

I found a 12" square fluorescent painted corplast sign saying work at home. I presume it's Herbaloss, but I did not call the number.
