Over here some idiot acutally tried to put up lots of pocket spam around the county fair. Most of it was placed on the toilet paper dispensers in the bathrooms. I found a pocket on a payphone outside. I am pretty shure that the idiots who spent lots of time posting little pockets will not be getting any calls from them because we took them all down within less than an hour after they were put up. Also I gave the person in charge for that particular area the whois information from the URL's on the pocket spam. Looks like they are not coming back after that.
If anyone's interested here are the phone numbers and URL's found on the pocket spam.

Get the moron's physical address, then send back an envelope of his/her literature, shredded, along with a nice note about obeying the property of others. IFI go to my county fair I'm gonna keep an eye out for this. Amazing how low some people will go.

Already got it from the whois information. I am wondering how do I send something to them postage due?

just put it in the mailbox without enough postage. Depending on the size of your package, just a stamp might not be enough. I've also been told that, depending on where it is going in relationship to where it is sent, lack of stamp entirely will cause it to arrive postage due.

I'd be very cautious about using the postal service. I don't think they would look very kindly on someone who intentionally tried to avoid paying postage.
