On a bulletin board at a supermarket I saw a flyer for a meeting of people interested in selling Herbalife. Man, I wish I was going to be in town. If anyone is in the Southern Oregon area and wants to attend, please let me know. I will probably send this person a note reminding him to Herbalie's policy on illegal signs, city codes regarding ROW signs, plus reminders of those who have been sued telemarketing. Any other ideas of what to let this person know? Think I'll refrain from letting him know about the legality of lying to 'investors'. Wish I could be there.

If this is the kind of advertising s/he's promoting, I'm HAPPY! That is one thing those supermarket BB's are for: cheap, inexpensive advertising. I'd contact this person and say THANK YOU for not putting up illegal signs or plastering parking lots with unwelcome litter.
Kind of the carrot as opposed to the stick.

If you do it at all, do it in a POSITIVE fashion. CAUSS is not about putting people out of business, we're simply against street spam.
