"Uncommon ridiculousness"

LAST EDITED ON 06-07-02 AT 10:44 AM (CDT)

Banditsigns.com is exhibiting an unusual amount of vitriol. I recommend folk wander over there to see what kind of minds we're up against.

It looks like the mentality of the idiots who post those annoying bandit signs must be that of an AOL script kiddie.

Hey, why should the bb post notes about the law? Having his customers break the law benefits his business!

I find this interesting.
Before the recent elections here, I noticed some political signs on the freeway side of a soundwall. About ten of them. I contacted the Dept. of Transportation, and I was told this is not the state's ROW.
I thought it was strange since, likely, the soundwall was put up by the state/tax money. Plus, if there is a fence between me and my neighbor, I can't put a sign on the side of the fence that's not mine.
I would think the state would not want signs there since they are a distraction to motorists. If they were not a distraction (i.e. noticed by motorists) what would be the point of putting them there?

Have you consulted a plat map to get a definitive answer on this? The sound wall belongs to someone, and it sure isn't the street spammer.

So has the owner of banditsigns.com had any run-ins with the law in the DFW area? I think his phone number is in Carrollton, TX. With a little detective work, one of the CEs could get a restraining order against this guy since he is contributing to so much illegal signage.

So THAT'S where all our trolls went to when we started deleting them!

The average emotional / psychological development level in that BBS seems to be third or fourth grade, yes?
