CAUSS has obtained information regarding a statewide enforcement action against Echo Star aka Dish Network for sign placement in the public ROW’s “anywhere” in Texas.

This effort is the result of work done by a code enforcement officer in Brenham, TX and a state district ROW’s supervisor in conjunction with the State Attorney General's office in Austin, TX.

Any code enforcement office that has and or is having trouble with massive postings of Dish Network signs is requested to take the following action.

Document by photographs, the location of the signs with a close up view and a distant view so as to show the general area where the signs are posted.
