Herbalife's "D" Day has arrived and we still have no word from AACE regarding a correct procedure for reporting HerbaLife signs placed after 4/30/02. HerbaLife has indicated that they will not accept random complaints and most likely accept only those filed by the area code enforcement offices. AACE is in convention now in MD and a ruling or board approval likely will not be made until Friday 5/03/02. The information will be published in the AACE web site forum ASAP.
Until CAUSS can up with a better method may we suggest that area sharks forward documented evidence to the regional directors who will screen for any missing or required information before forwarding to HerbaLife and or the effected local code enforcement office. Documented evidence must be something as a time/date stamped digital photo, with exact location. I.e. 1600 No. Main at Broadway St., Home Town, USA. Plus URL and or 800 number and description "Have a PC", "Work at Home", "Work From Home"
Regions are broken down as follows. Northern Virginia (DC area) and Austin, TX are excluded. ***TBA = forward to GreatWhite, Newbie or Remora until region is assigned.
Pacific Northwest - OR, WA and ID - Regional Director is Uglylitter
Northern CA and Northern NV - TBA ****
Southern CA, AZ, and Southern NV - UT - TBA****
Rocky Mtn. Regional - NM- CO - WY - MT - Regional Director is DenverShark
Upper Mississippi Valley - ND, SD, MN, WI - IA - Regional Director is Elkman
Central and South Central - NE, KS, OK, TX LA, AR MO, IL, MS, AL, TN Regional Directors Newbie, GreatWhite or Remora
No Central Great Lakes - MI - IN- OH - WV - KY - TBA ****
Southeast - GA - FL - Regional Director is Gulfshark
Atlantic Coastal Central - SC- NC - VA (except DC area) - Regional Director is NCShark
Upper Atlantic - PA, NY - NJ - MD (except DC area) - DE - TBA ****
New England - CT, RI, MA, ME, VT NH - Regional Director is Redstone
Anyone not wanting to participate in this reporting program please advise Newbie, Remora or GreatWhite. Anyone wanting to volunteer for a specific region shown as "TBA" likewise advise. We do not wish to overload any one person and it may take several folks in a given region when we first get started. We need all the help we can get, but as a team.
This system is no assurance that HerbaLife will accept our complaints, that being the case we may have to forward the complaint on to area code enforcement offices. We'll just have to see what works and what doesn't. Anyone having a better idea please let us hear it. Our main goal is getting these complaints to the correct person without hitting the "bit bucket" first.
Thanks for you continued support and efforts.
