I have wholesaled 15 houses (2 more this week), flipped 1, and filled numerous rentals with the 2000 bandit and stake signs this year. I purchased 1000 standard signs with 1000 heavy duty stakes and 1000 bandit signs costing about 3k. I have taken in 70K this year with just the wholesales. I wholesaled most of these houses to out of state investors of which used constructon crews I reccommended. I estimate about $300,000 in construction rehab spending alone have been pumped into the Indianapolis economy because of Bandit signs that I hung. I am responsible for renovations of vacant, condemned, and fire damaged houses that would have been true eye sores for years and these rehabs have boosted neighborhood values in a challenging econmoy. I provide many services, I risk capital,bring in out of state money, provide jobs, provide affordable housing, help people with credit problems, and provide great investment properties people who want retirement income to build wealth. I take liabilities and turn them into assets. The state does not collect property taxes from abandoned houses. We buy them, fix them, rent or sell them. I make money, the construction crews make money, the maintenance workers make money, the lenders makes money, the property manager makes money, the investors make money, the insurance people make money, and the government gets paid their property taxes and income taxes. I treat cancer patients for a living and make about $30/HR and it is rewarding but I have another calling. "2008" is the first full year I have been wholesaling houses and I have so many more friends now. I get so much gratitude from serving people and even more by letting people serve me. Business people are so grateful when I use their businesses for signs, construction, insurance, property management, etc. I made more in real estate this year than with my licenced college job and I am never stopping because I love being my own provider rather than depending on an employer or government entitlements. And I receive gratitude from people every day that I help. My wife stays home with our sons because of this income and its going to take a greater force than CAUSS to stop me.

Well, bully for you that you are making money and stimulating the economy for so many but I have a hard time believing it's not at the expense of vulnerable or desperate homeowners who are over a barrel and don't know of any other way out from under the mess. Most of the We Buy Houses crowd are crooks and liars who have made significant contributions to the nationwide mortgage disaster. SO let's say for a minute your business practices are on the up-and-up are you are not among the scum who are fleecing hard-working Americans through real-estate fraud. Would your business be as successful if you were on a level playing field with your competitors who don't use illegal advertising? I get the sense you're not too concerned about them, since obeying the law isn't as the top of your priorities either. The bottom line is this: you decide that something will be advertised in any way you like, wherever you like for as long as you like. Sign removal is a similar decision-making process: CAUSS members say it's been up long enough and it's time to see clean corners, off-ramps, telephone poles, etc. After all, if anyone can decide a sign needs to go up, who's to say anyone can't decide it's been up long enough? We have as much right to decide that as you do to put it there in the first place, maybe even more since most of the time you are breaking the law. And it's kind of fun to boot. We've seen less of the Stop Foreclosure / We Buy Houses scam signs in our fair city since the Attorney General is starting to go after these criminals. No one you would know, of course, and not for doing anything you would do. Thank you for making such a difference in the world and helping so many hard-working Americans keep food on their tables.
