"East Madison"

On Tuesday, I observed a couple of black and white "work from home" signs along Anderson st. and Northport dr. on the east side of Madison. All were already cut, which was nice. I also noticed a green/brown banner hanging in a pole's fork. I did not see it real closly, but I thought I saw the word "Work" on it. Do herbalife spammers use banners at all?

Glad the Herbaloss signs were cut.

I've never seen a HL banner. What did it look like?

After thinking about it, I don't think it could be Herbalife. It was probably an old banner from some parade or eventm held in the past.
