On Friday I pulled a bunch of "AVOID Probate" signs. There were two that I could not eaisly get to and promised to get them on Sunday. When I went back to get them, they were gone! Hey my local CC does not work on the weekends. This tells me that there is an other shark in my neighborhood.

Some of time this is the case and some times not.
We know of several cases in our area where folks simply saw someone else get out of a car, pull signs and be on their way.

Reason we know this is because every once in a great while, one of our sign sharks will leave a "temporary" calling card on a prolific spammer's signs. When this happens, those folks are drawn to the website to see what's going on and will relay this information.

I've had people stop and ask if it was OK to remove the signs, in which I reply "Yep, have any doubts call CE".
