I'm putting together a database of spammer web addresses and toll-free numbers for several reasons:
1) Many spammers post signs with a website address and a phone number, and also signs with just the number. Putting the info on all of these into a database will make it easier to match phone numbers with web addresses, and track down the spammers through the web URL.
2) I've run across a resource (that I'm not at liberty to divulge right now), who might be able to get some of the New England-wide spammers PROSECUTED (won't that be great!) if they spam a particular area and I can supply my contact in that area with an address. No, I can't tell you where it is.
But I should be able to tell you when someone gets fined for spam signs.
Please post the web addresses and phone numbers, or either, in the thread titled "spammer info here" in the Connecticut forum.
