I've been removing a lot of those "Real Estate Invester seeks Apprentice". This was the sign that got me involved in sharking and causs.org years ago.

Danno's back!! Good to hear from you. I see the real estate ads are back too, and sharks young and old are removing in cities across the country.

I got these minutes after their arrival here in Vegas.

I've been nailing a lot of real estate-related signs also. I think with the economic environment the way it is, a lot more people are receptive to "alternative" income streams, and the spammers are trying to cash in on this.

I've actually been here all along, but yes Danno, the Real Estate Investor Seeks Sucker signs have popped up again with at least three different phone numbers.

I've removed quite a few. But today, someone beat me to a couple I saw in the morning zip-tied to median reflector posts at 2100 S and 1300 E. I'm betting it was you.

I got the one at the I-80 EB offramp at 1300 E on my way home tonight.

There also has been a plague of singles signs again on 700 East, but most of those were removed Monday.
