This is the spammer I found two paper ones for on a light pole just west of the Orem Best Buy this afternoon.

Gave a local phone number, the domain/website name, and his email address, that is alex@leetcs.com

Looks like a rather small operation, hopefully removal will deter this one. Probably being done because the Best Buy has a Geek Squad franchise (probably in house from Best Buy) associated with it as well, the VW bug is often parked near the doors.
