I watched a guy posting We Buy Cars signs on telephone poles in north Dallas this morning, one at the NE corner of Midway and Trinity Mills, one at the NW corner of Midway and Frankford. I'm pretty sure his plate was RO4 WHL (that second character could be the letter O or a zero, I'm not sure). It was a small blue-green car, looked like maybe a compact Buick or Saturn or something (I didn't get close enough to make a good ID). There were two guys in the car.
The question is: What do I do with this info? Should I bother turning this info over to Dallas CE? Will they follow up on it, or would I be wasting my time?

He is pulling the zip tie back, and that takes a half second jerk. This is the only "pole" shot, so it was very lucky; and reveling vs. him standing by a pole.
I was afraid I couldn’t take a picture in time, so it’s a chance of luck I got a new camera that starts up in very little time.
It's a chance of luck I ran into him, but not luck I was out Saturday morning as the sun is raising. I was running behind that morning, as I usually like to be finished by then; so that’s a bit lucky.
With luck like this, maybe I should hit the slot machines.
In the first picture, I had just gotten his attention. He seemed innocent enough, so I drove around to talk to him.
He told he his name, Kendal. He gave me verbal permission to do as I please with the picture. He said I could stuff the picture in an odd place. I won't say where, but putting it on this forum is more comfortable. He had lots of spunk and was a bit aggressive, so I don't recommend interacting with the animals even when they appear harmless.
This was also a chance of luck and a learning experience for sure. There is no reason to stick your hand in the cage, just to prove it won't bite you. I recommend pictures only.

Yea, I don't usually have contact unless they contact me first, that was ballsy. Sometimes its inevitable.Its taking me a long time and luck to catch a spammer, and then stop and get a pic, well maybe the persistent ones. Good work!
Hey can anyone search another license plate? I like that post before with the spammers base of operation. I got this picture of a spammer once by recognizing his car then following him to the store. He had no clue! I cant find his base of operation but he's prolific here. Its just a matter of time.
