There was an article in the Wed regional paper from the Chronicle this week with an article about Harris County getting information from the City Of Austin about their Sign Ranger Program and apparently may be going to start some kind of program next year. The head of Harris County Precinct 4 (mainly Northwest Harris County) Ron Hickman has advised all of his Constables about the new law. I searched the Chronicle web site about the article and article's by the report but found no reference.
House Bill 413 has had a profound effect on the home builders here is the Cypress area. We still have Princeton Homes, Brighton Homes and Castle Rock Homes still putting them out. We talking with them, they say they will just pay the ticket.
In response to the fewer spam signs, they are placing more illegal post and panel signs which look more legitimate.

Good - at least you're making some headway. The home builder signs in Houston got out of control early on and it's going to take to arm twisting to get it back under control.
