I saw a grey 1980's-era minivan with "Cash for Cars" advertising on its windows. I tried to get a photo but the batteries in the camera I carry were run down. But I did get a license plate: TX 4E1-884. Anyone have a way to cross-reference this to a person or address?

Also, I've notice that a sharkie has been doing a good job along Greenville Ave where the above scum puts out signs every week. Lots of cut signs. One thing about that, though. When the sign is cut in the CAUSS-signature 'T', the "Cash for Car" slogan is still plainly visible, even if the phone number is gone. That is their brand name and leaving that displayed still helps them. How about cutting the sides off completely so nothing is readable? Just a though.
