We saw a tremendous amount of shark activity in the DFW area this past weekend up through Monday morning.

The IRS e-File folks were out in full swing along with our good friends from the Furninture in the Raw from the Garland area.

We also saw a lot of the We By Cars that were disabled in old North East Dallas.

The system is working, at least in our area.

Keep up the good work folks. It's sure different now than five years ago when there were 16 to 20 signs at any given intersection.

I wanted to mention to you that a local Houston talk radio host is going to be discussing bandit signs on one of his shows. What show? I'd like to listen in.

I'm not sure when it will be yet. The talk show host is Michael Berry, who is also a Houston city councilman. His show is on KPRC Radio from 9am to 11am m-f. I have sent him another email asking for the exact date, and I'll let you know.

If you recall, it was on a very cold, clear and blustery Saturday morning back in January 2000 that we did our all infamous "Public Awareness Demo".

This latest TV coverage just proves our point, that it's always best to do something like this on a "slow" news day inorder to get the best coverages.

The hottest news item over the weekend was the Presidents visit on Friday and there was nothing much else to report on Saturday.
