The gentleman who owns this domain evidently has a beef with Ebby Halliday and has taken to posting sign in the R.O.W. pointing to his website. I've only seen 2 or 3 of the signs, all on NorthWest Highway here in Dallas, and have pulled them everytime.

Allow me to clarify that my original post was merely to inform CAUSS of the existence of said signs in various municipalities and to show that the person running said website is slandering the McKinney CE, as well as various other legal and corporate entities in the hopes of currying sympathy for their plight; which said plight is still not a reason for ignoring local laws regarding signs in the R.O.W.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled sharking.

I'd be surprised if a CE officer really hadn't issued any citations in the last 10 years. If that is the case, there is either no spam in the town which I doubt, or the guy is totally incompetent and/or crooked. But, I'd wager its more spammer nonsense and is just trying to portray himself in the best possible light. Keep us posted!
