"Attention Sharks - Good News and Bad News"

Every weekend the spammers are out spamming Hwy 99 from I-10 south for about a half mile staking upwards of 75 plastic signs most just outside the right-of-way and on private property. We've all seen the situation where the signs are lined up 10 in a row from left to right. Another 100 yards down the road another 10 and so on.

First the good news...

The land owner says he has not been unaware of this fact. He stated he is not happy to learn his property is being trashed and has given permission to walk the property for the purpose of removal of any and all plastic signs on sticks or wire stands.

Now the bad news...

Bad news? What bad news?

Having the explicit permission of the landowner puts you in such a powerful position. Almost makes you want to bait the spammer into making a case of it. Nice going.

Yes... It will be a busy night! Kinda like the reaction I get when I start out telling a spammer that the ROW is off limits, and they come baak with, "This is "Walgreen's" property. I then drop the bomb that I also have the manager of Walgreen's permission to remove at will as well!

.

Oh, there's a hint of cool in the air, and Winter is coming! I've got to gather more firewood... And Sign stakes make great fire starters!

Ack! Bandit Signs are LITTER!
