A few different "We Buy Houses" spammers struck out here about a week or two ago. Actually, it's probably just one spammer with different signs and phone numbers, or maybe one "mule" that nailed-up signs for competing "clients."
Regardless -- the signs are all nailed to utility poles, about twelve feet up. I kept hoping that local CE would get off their butts and go get them, but it hasn't happened. This morning I spent 30 minutes and knocked down about a dozen, which will go out with next week's trash. Unfortunately, that didn't make much of a dent, and I don't have much time to go grab more.
If anyone is interested in getting some, there's 3 or 4 at most major intersections (one per corner). Try FM407, FM1171, FM2499, FM3040, Morriss Road, etc...
