"Yahooooo!"

A success! After numerous phone calls and follow ups by a group of involved neighbors, Fort Bend County finally took action today and removed 9 builder's board signs at the corner of Roesner Road and Greenbusch in the north part of the county. The county determined that all of the signs were either violations of Chapter 393 or restricted motorist visibility of on coming traffic. It may only be a small victory in the war, but we'll take 'em any way we can.

WAY TO GO!!! It's always so great to see concerned citizens take a stand and persist in getting govt authorities to do their job. Now, I think, congratulations are in order.

Great news. It is great to have stories of success. Wish we could get Harris county off their dead a>>.

I called Harris county about a KB Homes sign that was illeal and blocking traffic view. After about 6 calls, they came out put up a red tag on the sign proclaiming legal action was coming. That was a year ago and the sign is still there. The red tag faded and blew away.
