"Fort Bend County - Signage Laws / Ordinances"

Does anyone know if the county has anything on the books regulating the placement of signage on public rights of way and on private property outside the incorporated areas of the county? If so, where would you obtain a copy?

In the Transportation Code, Chapter 394 there are numerous references to "the commission" beginning with Seciont 394.004 Duties of the Commission.

Does anyone know what this commission is? Is this in reference to the County Commissioners?

It's the Commission that is appointed by the Governor that set policies and procedures for TXDot, in so many words.
It has nothing to do with the County Commissioners. It is the responsibility of the Co. Commissioners (elected officials) to carry out the policies and procedures as set forth by the TX Commision and voted into law by the TX Legislature.

You can see the workings of this commission by going to the TX Online website at this link.
