"Just in Case"

---- any one from Tennessee happens to the forum as we may expect sooner or later, you have been introduced to the CAUSS.

The Nashville area looks almost as bad as Houston and Dallas did two years ago, especially out around the airport.

I noticed an over abundance of MLM utility pole and staked spam while working in the Nashville area for the past two weeks. There were several calling cards left before returning to Dallas.

I did notice in one part of town that someone is very proactive in pulling and laying the signs down. I don't know if it is the property owners or some other silent movement, but it's happening.

Who ever your are, if you happen upon the forum, Welcome.

Hi, Polecat:

Great to hear that you are active in your area! And welcome to the CAUSS forum!

I had been sharking in Denver for years when I came across the CAUSS website. Since then, I've been promoting CAUSS in the area and drawing in more sharks. We even got TV coverage of CAUSS last week!

You might want to try the same thing in your area. Let me know if I can help or offer advice. You can send me a private message via the forum - at least I think you can as guest. You might have to officially log on to do that.

Take care,
DenverShark

PoleCat, good to see you're in the area. I travel almost daily along Una-Antioch Pike (from Murfreesboro Pike) to Blue Hole Road, to Bell Road. All three of those roads have been littered badly by the "tobeslim.com" junk, and I've been taking them all down recently. I've collected 9 of them over the past two days, all from Blue Hole Road. The owner of that domain is listed:

Administrative Contact:
McDonald, Jann (JM47609) WorkAtHome37013@aol.com
McDonald,Jann
4968 Shihmen Drive
Antioch, TN 37013
US
1-800-934-8537

Note that this is publicly available information at:
http://www.netsol.com/cgi-bin/whois/whois

Shihmen Drive, not surprisingly, is just off Tusculum Road near Blue Hole Road.

There's another one (maybe the same) which hasn't been as active lately doing "shininglife.com" (also an HerbaLoser). I've torn down a few of those signs, too.

I don't have time to devote to driving around looking for signs, but I am devoted now to cleaning up the roads that I drive on. I've noticed activity in my area, particularly the corner of Una-Antioch and Hickory Hollow Parkway. Keep up the good work!

Being new to CAUSS, you guys may not know that Herbalife has a rule in effect since May 1 that prohibits their distributors from using spam signs.

Search the archives for "report" or "reporting" and you can find out how to turn the spammers in to Herbalife corporate, who will fine them.

Herbalife does appear to be serious about this, and a lot of towns have seen a sharp decrease in "lost 29 pounds" and "work from home" signs.

But it sounds like the spammers in your state aren't taking the new rule seriously. Maybe if a couple of them get dinged by Herbalife, they'll get the message.

If you can, take a digital photograph with a time/date stamp of these signs and forward it to "Newbie" at <txflamingo@yahoo.com>

Please document and include exact location or road mile post if rural and include postal zip code if possible.

If you have any questions after looking at "Redstone's" recomendation, please send "newbie", myself or any of the CAUSS contact folks a private message or email. We'll see that it gets to the right place.

Thanks for your support.
