I was picking up signs today, with my shark stick and several signs in hand, when a police officer approached and wanted to verify if I was putting them up or taking them down. "Down of course."
He said they're illegal on poles (I know), and that he had several in the trunk of his own patrol car that he'd removed.
I wanted to know if he minded that I take them down, and the answer was "not at all"

In the Delaware County area (suburb of Philly) every cop is on the lookout for someone hanging a sign! We've sent notices to all the Code Enforcement departments in each township so now they know that it's Herbalife behind it.

Please, PLEASE stay on top of this and let us know what happens when they catch one (which could take a while; I'm sure the spammers lay real low if they see a police car anywhere near them).
We'd be real interested in hearing about any busts.
