Hey, Bolus, how are the streets down there since the City government started their crackdown?
From the information I saw, the Philadelphia policy would be a great model for other municipalities to follow, being very tough and unequivocal.
Just wondering if it's being followed through; I realize that it must be pretty tough for the government of a city that size to deal with everything at once.
