I went driving up and down the Willamette Valley this weekend and couldn't find any Herbalife signs. Eugene was clear, as was Salem and Albany. Portland has been almost dry in the last few weeks.
Of course there are still the Buy-Your-House scams, and the furniture stores, and 1800GotJunk, but Herbalife is looking like it's been run out of the state.

It's probably only a lull until the next batch o' ignoramuses get suckered into the Program.
But it DOES say that you and your Oregonian allies have driven the last batch out. I've seen it happen here...they test me once or twice after I issue warnings to them, then stay away when they find out I'm serious.
It's a very good sign (pun intended). It tells you that your efforts are NOT in vain.

You have anyone sharking the area just east of I-205 on Airport Way around PDX.
Last time I was up in that area there were three corners that were heavily spammed starting on Thursday's. I normaly could get fifteen to twenty on any one given time.

That area is definitely one of the bad neighborhoods. There's someone who does a plastering for multiple spammers. In addition, the 1800gotjunk truck parks in front of the Costco acting like an 8000 pound sign.
The closest thing Portland has to CE has been notified about that area and promises to investigate soon.
I heard from one ugly litter enthusiast who put a sticker on the truck's windshield. (No, he didn't stick it to the truck. He just slipped it under the windshield wiper with the backing paper still on it. A gentle warning.)
