"postal job scam"

Some scammers posted quite a few signs in the Charlotte region.
Reads like this:

Postal jobs, average $57,000
call 866 4 post job (866 476 7856)

I called and the lady said it costs $100 for them to help "customers" prepare for the postal exam. I asked if they are affiliated with the post office, and she said yes. That is a lie. I removed a ton of their signs, no doubt I hurt their sales.
Please call them and remind them that street spam is illegal.

We have those in Florida, different phone number.
The signs are red and blue letters on white sign,
looks official:

U.S. POST OFFICE
NOW HIRING
$57,000/YR. AVG

But it's a marketing agency, probably a different one.
Anyway, I try to remove their signs immediately, since
they put them onto utility poles.

Report them to the post office.
My father used to work for the post office and he said the postal inspectors have absolutely no sense of humor.

It is a confirmed scam, however the post office isn't going to help you remove the signs unless you get them to call your code enforcement office for you.

The post office will give you the study material at no cost when you're eligible for the test. The best way to get into a post office job is to be employed as a TRC (Temporary rural carrier), then take a position as a RCA (Rural Carrier Alternate). Only then will you be required to test for the rural carrier position.

The quoted wage from the scam is: "Full benefits, Start $18.00 hourly with yearly average $57,000.00. Do not delay Call NOW. 24 hours toll free: 1 877 352 7678 ext. 1022"

That number is for SAC Business Services.

The following information may not be related to the post office scam,
but is related to SAC Business Services:

I did call the post office and complain about this scam, but the man I spoke to was not interested. He told me to call the police. I think the police are too busy with more important issues to take time for this complaint.
