I'm making a positive difference. Every day of last week I had a standoff with a spammer along Eastern who was taping his "Get Fit" signs to the utility (light) polls. It started out with 12 to 15 signs the prior weeks and after I sharked the phone number and/or web address three weeks straight, he decided to step up his game and spam every, and I mean every light poll on both sides of Eastern from I-215 to about a 1/4 mile past Silverado Ranch.
I embraced the challenge which turned out to be a pretty simple task for me. I sharked every single sign, even a sign that was taped to a rock in the landscape at a crosswalk. This went on for a while until the spammer thought he would outsmart me and start gluing his signs to the light polls, which sure backfired. I scraped the phone number leaving ragged edges which made it difficult for the spammer to place new (paper) signs over, he had to clean his old signs prior to placing his new ones. Well, as of Friday he went back to 12 to 15 signs, which I immediately sharked and as of today no new signs.
I'm crossing my fingers in hopes of winning this standoff!

Sorry for the long delay in response.
I still got to get the signs around Henderson. Don't think Code will ever get them.
Oh yea, I think its the guys who show up early in the morning at Sunset Park, for a boot camp like session. Just a hunch. A Vietnamese individual. Could follow them home the next session probably back to your neighbothood. I'll bet. Has a bunch of workers to help set up the thing.
