Still removing this guys carpet signs, 272-8369. Have a post from last year documenting the frequency I had to remove his signs. I threw in the other two numbers that most recently pop up with these signs.

Last year I began tracking the 272-8369 Carpet cleaning singage(Nevada Forum, "new carpet spam -8369"). At the time, these signs were being put up in a massive spammming campaign, and it was the first time I seen this number. I began to file reports to Code. They slowed down and almost completely dissappeared. Then today I see more are still popping up.

The 417-2600 number started popping up this winter. At first I thought just a renegrade carpet spammer until I started seeing a massive campaign with these signs too.

The 366-4440 has been going up for years, maybe ten years or so. Not sure if there is a connection, but all go up in massive campaigns. They all go up in a massive campaign, covering the city from north to south. And they continue to go up on a weekly schedule.Mostly between the north south streets of Ft. Apache, Decatur. Into North town.

Recently,I been watching the areas west of the strip, where these signs seem to always get plastered. Today, I removed another massive campaign of all three signs. Flamingo south to Blue Diamond, along Decatur. Last week it was the same

Most signage seems to start at Flamingo. Russell gets alot of attention with these spamkies. So does the Warm Springs intersection, and intersections going south to Blue Diamond.

All of these got removed today at these intersection. They were glued to the utility poles or zipped tied to stop signs. Up maybe a few hours. Be watching Ft. Apache tommorow.

Cruised the west side this week. Did this a couple different days since last post. All quiet on the western front.

But then took another spamkie route in the east, the Pecos corridor, snf discovered a massive spammkie campaign. Starting at D.I. going south and ending at Sams Club, at Reno St. Maybe the spamkie works there. Up a few hours at most. Removed all.

Was going to add a footnote about last week.Everything looked quiet on the western front. But you may have seen them a few $8 dollar carpet stickums signage went up at Jones/Sunset. I got them down as well as some at Rainbow/Hacienda,Trop. Just went up that afternoon.

But what I going to mention was I cruised past the guys neighborhood at Wigwamm/MD. Pkwy. later that night, its on the other side of town. And I spotted a bunch of the distinctive yellow signage this guy now uses, all torn down there. It was late that night, about 1:AM. The signs don't come completely off the surface he glues them too. So I was able to appreciates someones hard work late that night when I was exhausted from a day of sharkin.

Spotted more of the same along Warm Springs at Buffalo, and Durango this week.

Been removed by another Shark later in the week not much anywhere else in that area.

They hit last week along the typical routes on the westside, and more starting new routes in the East.

Mostly along Mt vista and some along Pecos starting at Warm Springs.

Going south on Eastern ?

Don't get that way much but good to see your cleaning that area when they strike. I got behind a "Divine Carpet Cleaning" truck last week heaing down Eastern. I say this cause that group of carpet cleaning trucks that are parked behind the pub at Eastern/Patrick, This is the address I got when I googled one of the phone numbers on the signs were removing on this forum. Didn't have time to see if it was headed home or to another job.

Update to the address at Eatern Patrick, swung by and noticed the vans are now missing all the company logos. Could be Code has shut them down after some investigations. I wish they'd let us in on the info as far as what they know about these guys.

I wish I did more to help over there I think the Eastern corridr is a Spamkie hotspot, but I dodn't get it often. I"ll start checking Sunset and Russell if it would save you a couple of miles.

Now, I try to be reasonable, someone putting up a sign or two for a yard sale or looking for their lost puppy is one thing... but these people are out right VANDALS! They have glued hundreds and hundreds of these UGLY signs on most of the telephone poles, ALL ACROSS TOWN! The wind blows them off and they get left in the street for SOMEBODY ELSE to pick up and they leave a GAWD AWFUL MESS on every single last utility pole. We moved to this side of the town and PAID MORE FOR RENT because it wasn't in THE GHETTO, but thanks to these animals, our neighborhood is starting to look just like the rest of "duh hood".
