One more spammer has been put on notice with C.E. here in Vegas.
A face to face talk and now I believe they can keep up with this one local pain in the butt spammer. If they could take their business license that would be cause for great celebration.

I have not seen one instance where CE has been proactive. When I first contacted CE many years ago and still today, I'm told that they will address an area if contacted by a citizen. This sure sounds like "REACTIVE" to me. However, even when contacted, they don't correct the problem.

Pops, you even indicated in a separate post that CE won’t address the large "A" frame crap that litters our city. If CE was proactive, we wouldn’t see these "A" frame signs or any other signs for that matter.

Nevertheless, If CE has mad an effort to communicate with a spammer, GREAT.

If CE would familiarize themselves with the laws, they would see that they could indeed suspend and/or revoke the spammers business license.
