Couple weeks ago, another spammer in Baltimore County (Cash for Cars) was handed a $5000 fine.

Also, with the new state law, highway crews have been putting warning stickers on illegal signs. The idiots peal off the sticker and put the signs up the next weekend. I remove the whole sign.

Good show and glad to hear that Baltimore is taking a lead. That entire area has been a problem for many years.
