Organized Living has a few retail stores in the Kansas City area, and has been promoting some sort of a "warehouse sale" using street spam.
I've seen probably a dozen of these signs in Olathe, as well as in Overland Park, where city officials are supposedly cracking down on the problem.
I have picked up one of these signs and am considering hand-delivering it to the city offices. It's about time that OP makes an example of a business like this, so that other people will not follow their bad example.

Good idea. We have a company here that is spamming with very big signs on private property. We have involved Code Enforcement in several cities on this issue. I suggest you contact your city and county Code Enforcement departments and see what they have to say. Also, I have some information I can send them once you make contact. (Send me a personal message when you make contact).
