New real estate street spam from Boise Realtors, The Nouvelle Group was placed today. I can only presume that if asked about it, they would deny that it was illegal signage, since it was only for one weekend's event. That didn't stop them from registering the domain name on the illegal signs via GoDaddy's Domains By Proxy anonymizing service. That leaves me wondering if they are planning an email spam campaign in the future.

As Realtors they are supposed to adhere to the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics, which can be read here: http://www.realtor.org/mempolweb.nsf/pages/code

"While the Code of Ethics establishes obligations that may be higher than those mandated by law, in any instance where the Code of Ethics and the law conflict, the obligations of the law must take precedence."
