I pick up signs on hywy 33 north from lakeland to dean still road. This includes most of the roads that run east and west off of highway 33. I started to talk to some of the people at the intersections of trouble spots to keep a eye out. I just keep pulling them as they post them. Narrowing down on the guy posting the junk car signs. He's posting at a gas station that has cctv.

FYI - I don't pull garage sale / for sale signs. Nor do I touch roadside memorials. I pull band-it signs. I've expanded a bit to take care of Old Polk City Road and the socrum loop area near Publix.
