Dumped a bunch of these spam signs in Orlando on Friday.

I don't believe that the ad, as written, deserves to be flagged.
He's not advocating doing anything illegal, even if he does use
other illegal means of advertising his wares.

This is different than the craigslist ads looking for people to
place bandit signs.

Well, his signs, which were illegally placed in East Orlando violated the law. A search on the phone number links to the craiglist ad.

Right, but that has nothing to do with his craigslist ad. The
product which he's advertising is not illegal.

Same thing. Selling cigarette papers isn't illegal just because
some people use them to smoke pot, are they?

Smells like a rat.

Some history here in my town, Vegas. Those innocent yard signs are actually promoted by sign shops to a business to increase their exposure. The ruse is the Sign shop has hungry kids who go out and put thus business signs on poles supplied by sign shops. The business simple pays for installation too when they buy a hundred or so signs .

Id would watch the address and look for this practice.
