Some folks are slow learners. K B Homes still has a problem understanding the sign laws. They left 11 signs out and got the honer of donating another $3905 to our sign removal fund.

Apparently they must have a surplus in their advertising budget.
Either that or, just plain don't understand the meaning of NO.
