Well, we got hit heavy last night by a moron who drove a couple hundred miles just to leave his trash in our towns:

Jason, this is a classic I-95 / US 1 spam run, so his signs are all over your AO as well.
Also had a chat with yet another state trooper, with the same result as the last time. This one also said he might call the Massachusetts State Police and see if they'd have a chat with our friend Pete.

Yup, looks like he headed back up I-395 to MA, his signs are plastered everywhere around here. Even went in along W. Main St. in Norwich >-| *sigh* And I had just cleaned this whole area so well
