In the Aurora area, there has been a sign spammer blighting the streets with ads for "Value Health Plans", with a local number on them, 720-434-6614. Locations:
Hampden and Tower Hampden and Buckley Iliff and Chambers Quincy and Buckley
Those are off the top of my head.
I tried calling the individual about the signs, informed him that they were illegal, and after a day or so, stickered one and pulled a couple others. Then twice as many popped up.
I emailed Jim Stroud in Code Enforcement and listed the locations, then followed up with a phone call to CE.
CE needs to get a name and an address on this business to proceed. Anyone who could assist by getting this info would be helping get rid of another local spammer.
I realize that there is a chance the spammer is reading these forums, since he was familiar with our stickers when I mentioned them on the phone. The problem is, he will have to try and conduct business not knowing if its a customer or a shark calling. He'll also be looking over his shoulder every time he posts an illegal sign, and I bet this will make him too scared to post more when the signs get ripped up, (or he'll get stupid and get caught posting more).
In the meantime, if any shark see's his signs, please notify CE and either shark 'em or sticker them, so CE can see where they were placed, and we can shut this bozo down. Call 303-739-7280. If you want Jim's email address, send me a private message.

Nope, no "underwritten by ____" anything.
