Westminster and Arvada has a bumper crop of these signs this season. I ignored them for a while because they are less offensive than the printed signs, but now I am harvesting them. These signs are written with a superwide marker in cursive female writing.

I wonder how widely distributed they are. Please report.

These are often placed in the larger Arvada area - presumably by law-violating real estate appraisers trying to make a buck on the side. The way to deal with these signs is to shark or remove them immediately.

After being cleaned up these signs are reappearing (North Federal & 72nd area), so these guys just don't get it.

Persistence positively pays off.

When these clowns start getting hand cramps while watching their revenue stream hover near zero, the message will hit home.

I think they just showed up tonight here in Vegas. It was a feeding frenzy at this one intersection. Easy kill.

I just nailed one today in Denver at Speer Boulevard and Logan Street, and several yesterday...

Thse are reappearing all over the place in Westminster and Arvada. No more handwritten, new they are printed commercially.

Those hand written signs are here in Colo. Springs / Widefield
area also.

Are you able to remove them?

Has Colorado Springs city council reversed their idiotic ruling making those eyesores legal?

Hand written We Buy Houses signs have started to show up more frequency around Baltimore with various personal sounding messages. The one I like best says "I'll buy you a meal when you sell me your house".

Hmmm. I could use a good meal.
