Every week I see a black sign at the NE corner of University Boulevard and Cherry Creek Drive South.

And every week I lovingly snip out the last 2 numbers. The next week, the sign is back.

303-594-0493 is the number. I gotta find a payphone!

Also, contact Colorado Dept of Transportation - they have been trying to track down this criminal for a year. Perhaps they have by now. I think they want to involve the Attorney General.

He spams the following intersections:

C470 & S. University
I25 & County Line
C470 and Yosemite exit
I25 & Lincoln
Lincoln, a few blocks west of I25
I25 & Dry Creek
I25 & Colorado and also north on Colorado near Cherry Creek
I25 & University
University and Cherry Creek (from your report)

Personally, I always enjoy taking an extra minute or two to remove his ugly eyesores whenever I see them.

I saw some of his signs last year that someone had added a sticker to - it said something like:

"Ruined my interior"

Now that made my day!!

In all seriousness, I bet stickers like that really made people steer clear of that fly-by-night outfit.

I called Ultimate Detail yesterday, I asked him if he could pick up, detail & deliver cars. He said he could. I said I had to get a limo cleaned, it was for a special customer. Then I played a sound byte from Pres. Obama.

I'll call back today and ask if he can pass a criminal back ground check before I bring the car. ha ha ha ha ha ha

Next time you call, tell him that when you bring the car, pay no attention to the men in black suits and dark glasses.

I whacked his sign at University Blvd. and Cherry Creek Drive South last weekend and again this morning. He also has one on Colorado Blvd. and Alameda Avenue - right in the middle of the intersection. Several numbers are missing, though...

Can anyone assist with this today? They have another sign in the middle of Colorado Boulevard and Alameda Avenue. I cut it for the past 3 weeks, but can't get out there again soon.

Hey, would you please call CDOT and/or Denver CE on this? I think Colorado is State Highway 2 and CDOT has jurisdiction.

I just called the detail shop, and told the spammer that complaints had been filed with the neighborhood assoc.
He admitted he pays a company to place signs. I told him the signs are illegal. Now I will call him a few more times, to explain to him the negative effect street spam has on the area. This should be quite annoying to him.

Annoying is good, in this case.
Can you get the city CE's involved with annoying him?

He has two signs up today at Colorado Boulevard and Cherry Creek Drive North.

I used a magic marker to block out two of the numbers on one of the signs, and I called Code "Enforcement" (what a joke!) for the one in the center of the intersection.
