"WE BUY HOUSES!"

Massive number of those signs up 7-8' over in NW Denver in the Regis University area and south to 32nd. Need ladder, cutter on stick, tall person, two medium sized people, or a 12 guage shotgun to deal with them. But very prevalent.

Denver Shark, how about pitching the idea of articles similar to the Capitol Hill News one to other larger area publications? Use the CASE method of document development: Copy And Steal Everything.

Haifisch.

Hi, Haifish:

Can you list a few more streets that people should check? What are the bounds of the infestation?

Also: please call Denver zoning/Code Enforcement. I believe they operate on a complaint basis.

We could do that. We got some prime-time TV coverage about 6 years ago.

Ohhhh - by the way, I realized you have not seen the tools page at http://www.causs.org/tools.html . Go there and you see photos and instructions for making your own sharky stick. That way, you can remove high signs and not have to ask others to do it!

What color are the signs in Denver?

We had a bunch of small yellow We Buy Houses (black lettering on yellow background) go up here in Salt Lake maybe a week ago. Local CAUSS has removed dozens.

The vast majority of these have been hand written signs on 2'x2.5' yellow coroplast on wire ladder stakes. The spammers (most probably realtors) have been told that hand written signs generate more calls.

We also see some printed signs, but these get removed as fast as they go up.

We recently saw (and removed) some very small Work at Home signs placed on freeway offramps where no one could see them. Looks like someone was trying to make a comeback with the Herbalife scam.

But all in all, metro Denver is pretty clean. I chalk it up to the good work of our concerned citizens, Code Enforcement, and our past stickering campaigns.
