I finally got tired of those "Live In Art" signs that appeared on Speer Boulevard near Marion Street every weekend for the past 2 or 3 months. They were for some fleabag condo or something.
The city didn't do anything because it happens on weekends.
Last weekend I took my 10-speed out, grabbed 5 signs, and hauled 'em to trash cans in nearby alleys. It wasn't easy, and I didn't like being in full view of passing cars, but it had to be done.
