Yes, indeed, those Holiday Yellow Signs were certainly the most pervasive postings I've seen around Capitol Hill in a very long time. Excellent (bad) coverage nearly everywhere. Smite them hip and thigh!
The NEW SINGLE FAMILY HOMES corplast signs just east of the Cherry Creek mall have been noticable by their absence recently. Over the course of 4-5 "harvestings" I collected in excess of 100 of the suckers and Denver Waste Management took them off to a new home. I wonder what that cost the nasty spammers. The stakes were excellent quality - they looked like mahogany, teak or luan - I'll be gifting a lot of those to tomato-growing friends come Spring.
I've noticed some very good sharking up and down Colorado Blvd. Good cutting folks.
A heads up to the annual blooming of the #@%Show signs which should appear after the first of the year.
Has anyone got the gumption to try to get some stiffer antispam legislation passed in Denver? I ask because I am off to Scottsdale and Phoenix shortly and those communities HAVE some. You want to advertise a yard sale, you put a sign on a cardboard box and put that on the street corner. And when it's over, you better remove it. Clean poles, utility boxes and fences down there. Why not here?

Oh, there's a hint of cool in the air, and Winter is coming! I've got to gather more firewood... And Sign stakes make great fire starters!
